Quality Assurance
2K-AB Ltd can help assure the quality of your product and/or service. We have the capability to assist your company in the development (or improvement) of a robust and fit for purpose quality management system (QMS).
Typically this will ensure that the QMS complies with recognised national or international standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Managements Systems - Requirements).
2K-AB Ltd can aid the development of quality manuals, procedures, process maps and forms; all with the ultimate aim of steamlining and improving business performance.
Quality Engineering
A quality engineering service can be provided to give your company the confidence that internal and external controls are robust and sufficient to enable right first time delivery of goods and services, in line with customer expectations and legislatory requirements.
This service can include development of Quality Plans, Audit Schedules and Supplier Surveillance plans together with liaison with independent inspection and verifying bodies to ensure compliance with European directives, e.g. Pressure Equipment and Offshore Installation Verification Schemes.
Audit
2K-AB Ltd has the capability to perform independent audits to evaluate compliance with recognised standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2000.
Audits are tailored to suit the specific needs of the client. For example, an audit may require to be conducted prior to obtaining independent quality system approval (compliance and gap analysis) or, after approval has been achieved to assess effectiveness of the QMS, ongoing compliance with the standard and importantly, identify potential improvement opportunities.
Audits can also be performed on-site at your suppliers premises, pre and post contract award to assess organisational arrangements and capabilities to meet your specific contractual requirements.
All auditing is performed by IRCA certified auditors.
Inspection Services
Qualified and experienced personnel are available to perform in process inspection assignments, primarily in relation to piping and structural fabrications.
CSWIP certified Inspection personnel are available to monitor fabrication activities from initial verification of material through the fit up, fabrication and testing processes to final release of the finished product.
In addition, Inspection Services can also be offered for monitoring of weld procedures, witness of materials testing, goods receipt inspection and valve testing and inspection.
